Weigh-in, coat and pad check
We weigh your dog and check the coat, skin, ears and paw pads first — size and condition decide the tools, the time and the quote.

Comb-through and mat mapping
A comb-through finds every knot before water touches it. Wetting a mat tightens it, so anything felted is worked out dry.

Bath with the right shampoo
Hypoallergenic as standard, medicated when the skin needs it — chosen for your dog, not poured from one bottle all day.

Blow-out and undercoat rake
A blow-out lifts the coat, then the dead undercoat comes out by the handful — what actually makes a dog run cooler in a Dubai summer.

Breed cut or a practical trim

Puppies can start with a short introduction groom once the first vaccination course is complete — a bath, a blow-dry, a nail trim, nothing more. The point is not the haircut; it is teaching a young dog that the table is boring.
