Dr. Ayesha Sajjad

Dr. Ayesha Sajjad is a veterinary surgeon at Petbook Veterinary Clinic in Al Quoz, Dubai. She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Pakistan and completed clinical practice at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital of Erciyes University in Turkey. At Petbook she sees dogs and cats for consultations, diagnostics and surgery.

Her training has taken her across three countries — a DVM in Pakistan, hospital rotations in Turkey, and participation in European Union veterinary programmes. In Dubai she carries much of the consultation list: the first appointment, where a vague symptom an owner noticed at home has to be turned into a working diagnosis, and the routine surgical work that follows from it.
