Petbook is not inside Jumeirah Village Circle. We are at The Curve Building, Shop G08, Al Quoz 3 — about fifteen minutes up Al Khail Road, closer to twenty at school-run time.
Under one roof: a laboratory, digital X-ray and ultrasound, an operating theatre, a pharmacy, and four licensed veterinarians using them — so the examination, the test it leads to and the treatment do not need three separate addresses. Cats and dogs are allowed in many JVC buildings, which is not true across Dubai. JVC sits between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Al Khail runs straight up to Al Quoz without crossing town; you come off at Sheikh Zayed Road.

Boarding comes up before the summer and the long weekends. Ours is AED 60 a night for cats and dogs, one flat rate whatever the size — a stay inside a working clinic, with the veterinary team in the same building. Isolation, when a stay needs it, is AED 120 a night. Any pet on medication or needing veterinary monitoring is quoted separately, because that is a different job from boarding a healthy animal.
