Looking for cat boarding in Dubai your cat will actually cope with? At Petbook in Al Quoz 3, cats board inside a working veterinary clinic — a quiet, cats-only area with no dogs in earshot, and veterinary staff checking every guest daily rather than only feeding and cleaning.
Cats do not move house well. New room, new smells, new routine: that alone is enough to put a cat off her food. Here, a guest who goes quiet or leaves her bowl untouched is examined by a licensed vet the same day. This page is about cats; for dogs and for pets that need medication or recovery care, see our main pet boarding and hospitalization service.
Cat boarding starts from AED 60 per night under our current offer, and members save more — full list on our vet prices page. Every guest must be up to date on cat vaccinations before check-in; if a booster is due, we can give it at drop-off.
A separate quiet area, no dogs in earshot — nervous cats settle instead of hiding for a week.
A cat off her food or unusually flat is seen by a licensed vet the same day, not on your return.
Her food, her litter, a blanket that smells of home — we keep the routine you already use.
Current offer. Gold members get 50% off cat boarding and Platinum members 75%.
Real reviews from our Google profile — about consultations and treatment. We don't have a boarding-specific one published yet.
I highly recommend this veterinary clinic! They truly care about pets as if they were their own babies. Every time my cats have been sick, the team has always followed up to check on their recovery & see if they needed anything else. That level of care & compassion means so much to me 🤍
I had a wonderful experience at Petbook Veterinary Clinic in Al Quoz with my 9-month-old male Turkish Angora cat, Meiko. A special thank you to Dr. Emad and Miss Charrie for their excellent care, kindness, patience, and professionalism.
I had all three of my cats vaccinated at this clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The veterinarians and staff were very professional, gentle, and caring with my cats, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Nothing here is a dog service with the word cat pasted on. Six steps, built around a species that hates moving house.
We confirm your dates and check the record. If a booster is due, we give it at drop-off instead of sending you elsewhere first.
Bring her food, her usual litter and a blanket that smells of home. A sudden diet change upsets most cats more than the move itself.
A quiet room with somewhere high to sit and somewhere to hide — the two things that settle a cat faster than floor space.
Meals at her usual times, litter cleaned, fresh water, quiet company. The routine stays the same even though the address changed.
Every guest is looked over daily. If she stops eating or hides more than expected, a licensed vet examines her the same day.
Photos and videos during the stay — and you can message us any time, from any time zone, to ask how she is.
Real feline clients at Petbook in Al Quoz 3, while our own boarding-suite shoot is arranged.
Every guest has to be up to date before check-in — it is what keeps the kittens and the shy cats in the room safe. If your cat's vaccines are due, our First and Annual Vaccination Packages are AED 199 and cover the examination, the viral vaccine and deworming.
Boarding a cat here is not the job it is elsewhere. The travel calendar, the apartments, the heat and the paperwork all push in the same direction.
Summer holidays, Eid breaks and the year-end rush fill boarding spaces first. Flying June to September? Book the spot before the flight.
Most Dubai cats live indoors and alone. With no feline company at home, a strange room is harder — quiet and routine beat square metres.
Even the drive over counts in summer. Drop-off is indoors, the rooms are climate-controlled, and no cat waits outside at any point.
Every guest must be up to date before check-in. It is the only honest way a shared area stays safe for kittens, shy cats and seniors.
Homes here run on air conditioning and shut windows. Our rooms are indoor and cleaned daily — no outdoor runs, no dusty yard.
Al Quoz 3, minutes off Al Khail Road — easy on the way to the airport and back, without a drive into the desert.
Most stays run a week or two around a trip, though cats board with us for anything from one night to a full month. Length is rarely what makes a stay easy or hard — how much of home travels with her is.
Boarding is not the place to start watching a brand-new symptom. Spot any of these before a trip and we'll examine her first — usually the same day.
Once a year for most adult cats after the kitten course — and boarding is usually where owners discover the date has slipped. We check the record before every stay, because a lapsed vaccination is a risk to every other cat in the room. If hers has run out we can bring it up to date at the clinic, but book that ahead of your travel date rather than at drop-off. The vaccination package is AED 199 and a single viral vaccine is AED 80; the cat vaccination page has the full schedule.

In boarding, the usual cause is the move itself — a new room, new smells, no household routine — and most cats are eating again by the second day. The causes that are not stress are the ones we watch for: dental pain, kidney disease, an upset or blocked gut, and the Dubai summer combination of heat and too little drinking. Because our cat rooms sit inside the clinic, a guest who has eaten nothing for a day is examined by a licensed veterinarian that morning, and you hear about it before you land.
A common complaint after any boarding stay — stress plus a change of food are the usual suspects, which is why we ask you to bring her own. If it lasts more than a day, or you see blood, book an examination.
Her vaccination record book, and the prescription or the labeled packaging for anything she takes daily. That is the whole list — there is no import permit or municipality paperwork for a local stay. If the record lives on your phone, send a clear photo on WhatsApp before the date and we can check her in without a search at the counter. Bring her own food in the portions she normally eats as well: a change of diet is the most common reason a cat goes home with an upset stomach.
