Two operations, one decision

The first two weeks in a Dubai apartment
Most cats are back to themselves inside ten days. In a flat, recovery is mostly about limiting height and keeping her in.

Day 0 — one quiet room
One room, with food, water and a low litter tray. No cat trees, no wardrobe tops: jumping down is what strains a fresh incision.

Day 1 — small meals
Appetite is often down for a day. Offer a small portion of her normal food rather than something new, with water in reach.
- Step 03
Days 1–10 — the cone stays on
A cone or recovery suit is not optional. A cat can undo ten days of healing in one minute of determined licking.

Every day — look at the incision
One glance is enough. It should stay clean, dry and closed — slight redness on day one is expected, spreading redness is not.

Balconies and windows stay shut
